About Our CEO

Mr. V. Sivaprasad, Founder & CEO, established CONDOR BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC in the year 1983. His career in construction beginning in 1976 with M/s Perfect Contracting-Dubai, and since then he has been phenomenal in reaching the peaks of excellence in the industry. As a result of his commitment and hard work, he currently leads multi-million businesses across The Middle East and India.

The wealth of his vision in business and his operational experience of over 4.5 decades in the construction and real-estate development industry are the driving factors of the success chronicle of CONDOR GROUP.

Our Divisions

Machinery And Equipment Division

The Condor Machinery Division is a part of fully licensed, registered and insured contracting firm which has started its operations in 1997. It has grown over the years in strength and diversified its activities to areas of specialization related to equipment's. The division has the in house capability to carry out turnkey projects and also has executed innumerable projects successfully on design and build basis.

Division

The Condor Joinery Division utilises the highest specifications of the work in compliance with all state and local building codes. This division is carefully crafted in such a way that it can meet tough schedules of fast track projects without compromising on quality.

Division

Condor Scaffolding Contracting LLC is an ISO 9001:2001 accredited scaffolding company established in January 2006. The company gives paramount importance to the safety of the staffs. All scaffolding is erected in accordance with British Standard BS EN 12811-1 and National Association of Scaffolding Contractors (NASC) best practice guide TG 20:08.

Electro-mechanical Division

Aluminium
Division

Painting And Floor Coating Division
